Independent Security Advisors and our training division is once again honored and humbled to announce the ISA Support our Community Program on behalf of our students and cadre has made another donation to help our local communities address the problem of hunger and food insecurity.#isa @ISA #supportourcommunity
As with every ISA training program, a portion of the tuition with a donation from the primary instructor’s salary is given to support a national or local charitable program in the name of the students, cadre, guests, and role players. But this year we waited to combine three classes together closer to the holiday season so we could make a bigger contribution and target a specific region for our help. Who we were going to support this time was a topic of discussion, there are several great organizations, but when we looked at the rising cost of food, the numbers of children in this country going hungry and the current average of 1 in every five families are experiencing food insecurity it was no longer a debate. #executiveprotectiontraining
Class 04-27 conducted in Maryland hosted by the MGM Grand National Harbor security team, class 0801-22 in Charlotte North Carolina in partnership with the Premier Training Center, and class 09pa-01 conducted for the Northern Virginia Police Academy, joined to give one of our largest donations to date that will affect the lives of people in their own community’s.
To help our friends and neighbors from Maryland down to South Carolina, donations were made to the Maryland Food Bank, Feed DC/Virginia, and Feed the Carolinas to provide support for those facing food insecurity problems, and with Thanksgiving fast approaching it only reminds us just how fortunate we are, and how so many are currently in need.
We want to thank the students for trusting us with their training needs and thank all our cadre and staff for the work they do every day.
