Description: A four-hour program of instruction with a specific focus on the laws and regulations for protective service operations in the State of North Carolina and as established and regulated by the NC Private Protective Services Board.
Covering North Carolina Administrative Code Title 14B – PUBLIC SAFETY and NC General Statutes – Chapter 74C. Private Protective Services. Additional reviews are made of other applicable state and federal laws.
Approved by the NC DPS: Private Protective Services Board for the required legal training portion of the PPSB-mandated training course.
