SUMMARY:Dignitary & Executive Protection Specialist Program

This is why many corporate and private EP details seek ISA graduates. \nThe Syllabus \n The ISA Dignitary & Executive Protection Specialist Program course designers placed a strong emphasis on the threat assessment and risk mitigation planning process\, and on stressing the basic methodology of “protection in-depth”\, so this curriculum will cover the operational procedures\, methods\, hard & soft skills\, and tactics used by successful law enforcement protective service agencies and the military. \nJune 26th\, 2018 Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao & Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell\, Georgetown University\n All exercises whether in the classroom or the field\, and during the final live capstone are going to be real-world scenarios based on events such as the June 26th\, 2018 breach of security of Senator McConnell and Transportation Secretary Chao\, and the earlier shooting of House GOP Whip Steve Scalise of Louisiana\, as well as scenarios more in line with a CEO and his / her family. \n Students at the completion of this training course will fully understand the critical daily operational requirements and procedures to provide close protection services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and threat levels. #execu \n  \nMandatory Medical Training Certification \n \n**This course also includes CPR\, Stop Bleed\, and ALERT Active shooter training and national certification.**   \n ISA instructors will provide this training not just to registered students of this EP course\, but also to those who just need to re-certify their basic medical certification.  \nFor executive protection agents\, this basic level of medical training is critical as well as required by the North Carolina PPSB & DCJS PPS 32E program. ti \n\nThis Dignitary & Executive Protection Specialist Program is fully accredited and approved for in-service credits for law enforcement by the following agencies:\nMaryland Police & Corrections Training Commission \nVirginia Department of Criminal Justice\nSouth Carolina Criminal Justice Academy\nGeorgia POST\nNorth Carolina (accepted as part of an officer’s permanent record by the North Carolina Department of Public Safety)\n \n\nStandards & Regulatory Requirements \n Note: This course prepares the student to provide close protective services in accordance with all applicable international\, federal\, state\, and local laws and regulations and meets or exceeds the training and course hours required by the federal law enforcement training center and individual state approved programs. \nFLETA: This course voluntarily adheres to the regulatory requirements of the 2020 Edition FLETA  Procedures and Standards manual. \nOther regulatory agencies and requirements include: Virginia Register of Regulations; North Carolina Private Protective Services Board and North Carolina Dept. of Protective Services; Georgia POST; South Carolina Department of Criminal Justice; Maryland Police Training Commission. \n\nWho Should Attend \nProviding specialized training to those who will conduct or support dignitary/executive protective service operations as a single agent or as part of a larger protective detail for elected and other public officials\, members of the court\, corporate executive-level leaders\, and private individuals of wealth or other risk factors who are potential targets of terrorism and/or criminal acts. \n Attendance: \nAlthough this program is open enrollment restrictions do apply and seating is limited\, Law Enforcement and Veterans have first priority for seats. \nPlease review the syllabus on the requirements to attend https://www.eptraining.us/courses-master-list/dignitary-and-executive-protection-specialist-course/ and contact us with any questions at 315-486-7854\, Mom-Fri 9 am -7 pm\, Sat 10 am-3 pm \n\n Tuition: Seven-day Program\n Special veteran and law enforcement tuition rate $1\,150.00 \n  \nIFPO members receive a $1000.00 tuition reduction for attending this course.
