Independent Security Advisors is pleased to announce Matthew Parker, Chief Executive Officer and Director of eptraining.us has been appointed to the World Institute for Security Enhancement (WISE) Academic Board & Advisory Council.
Members of the Council historically have included individuals with a wide range of academic, technical, and practical experience in the areas of training, consulting, design, analysis, operations, research, management and implementation of homeland security, life safety, and national security programs
Mr. Parker as a member of the Advisory Council will take part in research & development programs and serve as a member of the WISE “Think Tank” providing consultation in a wide variety of disciplines to private industry and government agencies. And will specifically focus on areas of concentration that include protection for elected officials and world leaders, threat assessment, risk analysis & mitigation, operational & contingency planning, dignitary and executive protection operations, incident management, terrorism awareness, and extremism.
Mr. Parker will also serve as the Chair of the Academic Board for the Dignitary and Executive Protection Program advising on, and overseeing, training, and providing guidance to the internationally respected subject matter experts, and instructors that make up the WISE dignitary and executive protection training faculty.
